We've been keeping busy since the last post. We are officially moved into the house now. We are slowly getting organized and settled. We took a trip to good ol' Michigan a week after we moved into the house. We had a great time and Avery loved everyone this time, a lot different than last time. She had a great time playing with her cousins, meeting her new cousin, Griffin, and helping Grady celebrate his 1st birthday. Avery continues to be a joy, learning and growing so quickly. Putting together full sentences, though they aren't always easy to understand. Avery and Chris got to spend a lot of time together last week/weekend. They even had a date to a wedding while I did the STP ( Seattle to Portland bike ride) on July 17-18 with Amy, Shauna and Kolleen. We had a great time riding our 204 miles into Portland. I made it and it wasn't nearly as painful as I was expecting. I may even be convinced to do it again someday. Especially if there's yummy food at the end of each day and a beer tent waiting at the end! Here are some photos of our adventures over the last few weeks.
